After undergoing surgery three years ago and starting rehabilitation, my legs felt heavy. However, since I began taking taurine, they feel much lighter. Although the recommended dosage is 1-2g per day, I take at least 3g daily, occasionally increasing to 6g during improvement. I now also take vitamin B, and my arrhythmia has lessened.
